Hello there,
I am Jonathan Allen. Welcome to my website! I hope my journey will inspire you to leverage your capacity to make change for the greater good!
I am passionate about using my gifts and calling to uplift those, as Dr. Howard Thurman would say, “with their backs against the wall.” For me, cultivating intersectional leadership that is responsible, respectful, and inclusive is crucial for creating communities of hope, belonging, and action.
As we navigate the many uncertainties of life, we must be intentional about developing a greater sense of self-awareness, social-awareness, and spiritual-awareness.
I believe that we have an obligation to work hand-in-hand to design and implement solutions to the inequities that prevent many among us from having access to valuable information, resources, and opportunities that can enrich families, communities, and generations to come. We are interrelated, interconnected, and interdependent—we are better together!
MUCH LOVE,
JLA
